Pricing & Payment

Yes, we offer competitive tier pricing. The more you order, the better the price. Volume discounts are automatically applied at checkout, and you can see price breaks on each product page. For orders above 500 pairs, please request a custom quote.
We accept bank wire transfer (T/T), credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and Western Union. For established wholesale partners, we also offer payment terms (Net 30/60) upon credit approval.

Shipping & Delivery

Yes, we ship worldwide to over 100 countries. We work with trusted logistics partners including DHL, FedEx, UPS, and ocean freight for larger orders. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and order size.
For in-stock items, express shipping takes 5-7 business days and standard shipping takes 10-15 business days. Custom/OEM orders typically require 15-30 days for production plus shipping time. You can track your order status through your account dashboard.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order through our Order Tracking page or in your account dashboard under My Orders.

Returns & Quality Guarantee

We offer a 30-day return policy for defective or incorrect items. Products must be unworn and in their original packaging. Please submit a return request through your account or contact our customer service team for assistance.
Every pair goes through a rigorous multi-point quality inspection before shipping. We source premium materials from certified suppliers and our factory holds ISO 9001 certification. We also offer pre-shipment inspection for bulk orders.
